Walmart and Amazon's AI Chatbots Can Detect 'Made in USA' Fraud, But Do Nothing About It
Walmart and Amazon have been using artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots to help customers find products on their websites. However, a recent report from Columbia’s Center for Law and the Economy has found that these AI assistants are not doing what they claim: detecting ‘Made in USA’ fraud.
